Teeth Whitening
Effective, dental grade professional teeth whitening.
The process lasts about 60 minutes and consists of 3 rounds of 20 minute sessions.
Pre-Appointment
Prior to your appointment it is recommended that you drink lots of water (60-100oz) – it helps with sensitivity. It may also help keep you full since you cannot eat for 2 hours after your appointment. Please floss and use mouth wash beforehand!
Teeth Whitening After Care
Drink plenty of water to help reduce sensitivity.
Wait 2 hours after your appointment to eat and eat colorless foods for 48 hours.
Maintain whitening treatment with products recommended by your specialist.
Use a straw when possible to prevent staining.
Use Sensodyne toothpaste daily to build enamal and strengthen teeth. Do not use whitening, baking soda, or cinnamon toothpaste. Brush very gently around gums.
Sensitivity is normal and can last 24-48 hours. Use mild pain relievers to help if needed.
